We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Influencer & Brand Collaboration Intern to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing and brand partnership development.

Position Summary:
The Influencer & Brand Collaboration Intern will play a critical role in driving Goodie Bag’s partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brands. This position focuses on identifying and building relationships with influencers, coordinating collaborations, and driving creative partnerships that align with Goodie Bag’s mission. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and passionate about social media and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect with influencers, creators, and local community leaders who align with Goodie Bag’s values and target audience. Build and maintain a database of potential collaboration partners.

Collaboration Management: Coordinate all aspects of influencer and brand collaborations, including campaign planning, contract management, and content approvals.

Relationship Building: Foster genuine and long-lasting relationships with influencers and brands by engaging regularly and ensuring seamless communication.

Creative Collaboration: Work with influencers and creators to brainstorm and develop unique campaign ideas that resonate with their audiences and promote Goodie Bag effectively.

Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, compile reports on influencer engagement and ROI, and share insights with the team to refine strategies.

Brand Partnerships: Research and reach out to complementary brands for co-marketing opportunities and partnership initiatives.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure Goodie Bag’s strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:

A strong interest in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and brand partnerships.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or similar is a plus.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their influencer ecosystems.
Expectations:

10-15 hours per week dedicated to influencer and brand outreach.

A minimum of 5 new influencer/brand connections or collaborations initiated per week.

Regular updates to the team on outreach progress and campaign performance.
