We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and innovative AI Chatbot Development Intern to join us. Position Summary:

The AI Chatbot Development Intern will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating an AI-powered chatbot into Goodie Bag’s app. This project involves a mix of database structuring, data analysis, AI model implementation, and app development using Flutter. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and an interest in applying AI to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chatbot Development: Design and implement an AI chatbot to improve user experience within the Goodie Bag app. This includes handling customer inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, and automating routine tasks.

• AI Integration: Research, develop, and integrate AI/ML models into the chatbot to ensure accurate and relevant responses. Optimize the chatbot’s natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities.

• Database Management: Work on database structuring to ensure seamless interaction between the chatbot and Goodie Bag’s existing systems. Analyze data to refine chatbot performance.

• Frontend Development: Use Flutter to integrate the chatbot into the app, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly interface.

• Testing and Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing of the chatbot to identify and fix bugs. Continuously optimize performance based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Goodie Bag’s engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with overall app functionality and user needs.

 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Flutter and experience with front-end app development.

• Strong understanding of database structure and data analysis.

• Experience with AI/ML, particularly in developing and implementing chatbots or similar applications.

• Knowledge of NLP/NLU technologies and tools.

• Familiarity with API integration and cloud platforms.

• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

 

Expectations:

• Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to the project.

• Deliver a functional and integrated chatbot prototype by the end of the internship.

• Provide regular updates to the team on progress and challenges.
